Prince Hall leadership

Freemasonry has a vast and vivid history dating back to centuries. Prince Hall was a well known leader belonging to the 18th century. He worked as an abolitionist leader to free the Boston black community leading to formation of Prince Hall leadership. Tireless work has been done by this founder of Black Freemasonry. The Freemason in United States is known as Prince Hall Masonry.

Lot of debate surrounds the life of Prince Hall. For the black rights, Prince Hall attempted many approaches. In Massachusetts he fought against the slavery of blacks and petitioned against the slavery. A politically active individual, Prince Hall gained his rights by pressing for same education and funding for black people. The prowess and Prince Hall leadership was apparent from his emergence in high profile politics and multiple legislation proposals. He was successful in improving the lives of African Americans in all New England.

The Prince Hall leadership is evident throughout his support for revolutionary reasons. Prince Hall had strong backing for the revolutionary causes. In the eighteenth century many blacks gained freedom and were attracted to Masonic Fraternity. As Freemasonry offered one wide platform free of racism and similar discrimination Prince Hall leadership took them to peace, liberty and equality. The struggle for Masonic learning and rights to control a fully operational lodge was started by Prince Hall. Nine years of constant petitioning got the authorities to think on such a change of rights. Only after years of effort the black Freemasons got a chance to form their African Grand Lodge in North America. The masons unanimously chose Prince Hall as their leader and Grand Master. He served till 1807 in North America.

Prince Hall was one renowned leader among the blacks, as he put in unrelenting efforts the Massachusetts legislature began awareness for blacks. Strong beliefs and undulating faith allowed the Prince Hall leadership resulted into a life change for many individuals over the world.
